I feel stronger, but it takes consisten riding. If you have any issues that you think need attention he's pretty good at responding to emails. I wouldn't hesitate. On a separate note I'll be starting my season this weekend at Castorville. THis'll be my first road race in almost two years, and its a stage race. I'm pretty nervous.
